Jennifer and Lee: Until Death Do Us Part (2024)

In 2012, we went to Sandals Negril Jamaica from April 17th to April 24th to celebrate our five year wedding anniversary. Our five year wedding anniversary is actually July 4, 2012 but we went earlier for multiple reasons. The weather is really nice in Jamaica from December to April, we used to get cabin fever in Maine in April after months of snow, and we prefer to spend the summers in Maine after the long, awful winters up there.

We were inspired by a friend’s destination wedding at Beaches Turks and Caicos in 2011.

While we were at the Sandals Negril couple’s resort, we opted to purchase professional photos to commemorate the special occasion. After snorkeling in Hawaii for the first time in 2011, I became addicted to snorkeling and this was another reason we decided to travel to the various Sandals resorts over the years. We wanted to be in Hawaii-like environments, snorkel, and take advantage of traveling to the Caribbean islands while we were living on the east coast.
